Description:
I am looking for someone to help me in a lawsuit against my ex-wife, The City of San Antonio & law enforcement agencies, my previous counsel for neglected representation. I was wrongfully arrested when I was going through a child custody battle after my ex-wife violated on multiple occasions my visitation. I had an order preventing her to not allow me to have communicate with my children. Long story short, I was initially told by the SAPD dispatcher that I would need to meet the police over there to get a report. When I got there, apparently that afternoon she retaliated & went & obtained a TPO after I had her served a restraining order. The police then arrested me. The next afternoon while I was sitting in jail, the Process Server came by & served me. I spent a little over 2 weeks in jail. While incarcerated with the BEXAR Sheriff's Dept, none of my medical needs were met as I am a disabled veteran & have injuries due to my deployment in Iraq. Durring the trial, I hired my lawyer for Family Law only as she had no experience in Civil Law. On the 1st TPO my ex-wife put against me, it was dismissed. Now I have lost alot of money in the process due to fines, fees, loss wages, etc. I am a licensed Process Server for the state of Texas & have a TX CHL that I use for work. Also when I was arrested, there was an assult by contact charge against me. On both the false arrest, my court appointed lawyer got that dismissed & on the assult, I represented myself against the City Attorney & got that charge dropped as well. I have alot of paper evidence that can prove she lied on the stand to obtain & 2nd TPO, & I should be getting the transcript in approx 2 weeks as I ordered it on 3/01/10. Also I know how these things work & I am looking for an attorney that can help me that is outside of my city I reside in San Antonio, TX
