Dispute with: A Business, Company, or Store
Amount: I just want Justice
Description: I have a title loan with Titlemax that is Neverending. I borrowed around 11K. I have paid around 14k and I still owe them 10k! I on the website it says no pre payment penalty but when I ask about making extra payments they say they won't help because all interest is charged after 3 days. They dont explain to you that your payments don't apply to any principal. The payments are so high it's hard to pay extra. Mine are around 1k. I want to get my title back even I have to sue them.

Bad credit is not as itrmpoant as driving record but after your age it is probably the largest factor in determining your rates. The insurance company looks at factors that indicate how big a risk you are. How likely are they to have to pay a claim? To begin with poor credit indicates irresponsibility. Irresponsible people are more likely to have accidents. Also, it's not the credit score itself but rather credit score as an indicator of income level. They use credit score because they can't ask you to file a financial statement or at least it would be too much trouble to read it. Credit score is simple. Poor people file more claims than richer ones because they can't afford to repair some things on their own, poor people are more likely to exaggerate damage and injuries trying to make a few extra bucks, and in extreme cases are more likely to commit outright fraud, staging accidents and destroying their cars. http://gldldybbe.com lgzpcbpusm [link=http://jdynwcqmgdt.com]jdynwcqmgdt[/link]

helen that's like posting G.P's are gnviig up their $ 1/2 million dollar medical practices to protest health care insurance legislation. are the GP's going to join MLB and play for the yankees ? if insurance companies pay a dividend that the share holders are happy with, why would they just close down. no business would close down simply cause they wanted more profits.

Yeah, adding a sencod vehicle isn't going to cut your rate. There are several things you can do, though:1. fanatically monitor your credit score. Pay your bills on time, eliminate any credit accounts you don't need/use. A poor credit score has a greater influence on your rates, than your driving history.2. Raise your deductibles. That's the amount out of your pocket you pay, before the insurance kicks in. 3. Ask your agent if there are any other discounts you can possibly get.4. Shop around, at least every three years. No insurance company has the lowest rates for absolutely EVERYONE, and rates change every year. The only way to know you're getting a good deal, is to shop around.5. Put your homeowners or renters insurance with the same company that has your car insurance. If your auto policy is $3,000 a year, getting a 25% discount for buying a renters insurance (usually costs around $125 a year), will NET you a savings of $600 more coverage, for CONSIDERABLY less money.
