Dispute with: A Business, Company, or Store
Amount: $1 to $1,000
Description:I want to have a nice vacation with my husband in east USA, and we don't want to order the hotels and drive, so we chose The cruise & Tour international company to do this for us since your company have a good reputation in the internet. We paid $718 for the service. The Cruise & Tour international agent Lady Xi told me to book the air tickets by ourselves, and told me that the return tickets must beteen 7:00PM-10:00PM on Sep. 15th. So on August 27 I booked the tickents returning time at 7:45 Pm on Sep.15th. I called the agent again and told her all the information of my flights to confirm the time is OK for the tour after I booked my tickets, and she told me it was totally fine. So I thought I have done what I should do and just waitting for enjoying my vacation.

But about five days later, Lady Xi called me around 12:PM on Sep.2nd, told me that the bus may can' t catch my flights and need me to change my return flights time. Even though I'm so surprised, I called the continental airlines to ask about the change flights, and they told me I should pay the penalty, tax, and fees, totally is around $350. So I told this to Lady Xi and hope your company can help me with this. But Lady Xi insist on not pay any about the penalty, and think I should pay for that all by myself.
So I felt so confused: what's wrong with me? why should I pay for that? I just follow everything your company told me, why should I take the responsibility?
So I want to know can we sue them?
we lived in Austin, tx, but the company is in Edison, NJ.

Thank you for your help!
