Dispute with: A Government Organization
Amount: I just want Justice
Description:I am not referring to a common discrepency in a SSDI decision but rather one that has several lawyers stumped as to how and why I have been denied. My lawyer informed me that the law judge has something he does not like about me and he continues to find any little excuse to deny me. My patient records are so different from his own comments and decisions. He has given my 2 physicians no weight and has made his own opinions. We had my federal remanded hearing a few months ago and the judge was throwing papers around, slamming his cup down, he said to me after I'd made a statement which is medically confirmed, "who do you think you are. some doctor!!!?" He was more than rude and said towards the end, "I'll have noone make a mockery of my court". We did not do that. You would be amazed at what this judge has gotten away with and how much variency there is between him and my doctors. Please understand that I am being 100% truthful in saying, this judge has been wrong, unethical and needs to be repremanded for what he has done to myself, husband and my life in general and health. This is not by any means a average case. Please Please understand this. This judge has clearly shown a childish, unethical manner and I have paid for it. I want to sue him. I know I have grounds. I can't live with this. Please advise. Thanks kindly, Jan
