I need to sue a local shipping company/individual who I shipped my car through and promised to deliver. At the initial stage of the whole deal he was aware that I was about to travel internationally and that I need what I asked him to ship over there for my vacation. My property was not delivered as promised it was held in another country for almost a month. I did complete my vacation without the use of my stuffs. I need to sue for this individual and his company for $50,000.00 which is for the cost of my family air ticket, extra unbudgeted expenses, goods rendered useless because of the expiration date and emotional stress on my family. Finally, what court (the name) do I start these proceedings in i.e. Superior? P.S. I live in, and this happened in the state of New Jersey
