Description:I want to sue my doctor I went to when I got bit by a deer tick and got a bulls-eye rash. I went to her and she gave me cream after discovering that I was allergic to the standard antibiotics that md's normally give out for treating deer tick bites so people don't get lyme disease. I did not know much about it at the time, but now I have full blown lyme disease and I just found out my statute of limitations is up soon. My SSDI lawyer told me to go forward with a law suit because I have lived through and ultimate nightmare for the last three and a half years. The story is too long for this, but I am still sick and it has been hard to find anyone to help becuase the statute is so close. Can you help me? You can e-mail the address I put in here. If you e-mail me I can fax or e-mail my narrative and witnesses to my bite and rash statements (you'll understand when you read them). and I have all my med records ready and organized for anyone who will take the case. I also found a place that will further analyze my case and tell an attorney if it is a winner and throw in a afidavit against the doctor that I want to sue by a doctor of equal experience and that is practicing, etc. My parents are willing to pay for the companies help for an attorney to use them cause the time crunch is so close. If an attorney wants to help without using them that is just fine too, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else and I am running out of time. Thank you, Rachael Harrison
