Dispute with: A Business, Company, or Store
Amount: $10,001 to $100,000
Description:My 3 year old found our bottle of children's gummy multivitamins (190 count)and was able to open the "child proof" cap and ate the rest of what was in the bottle, at least 30! He didn't get sick but we forced him to drink some water and seems like he is okay again. Can I sue the company for making child proof caps NOT SO childproof? If I had more in the bottle, he would've at alot more and possibly overdose on the bad vitamins.

Where the hell were you? You left your three year old alone long enough that they could locate a chair, drag it into the bathroom, and climb up on the sink to reach the medicine chest? Child protective services can probably help you child proof your house. That's step one. Step two is supervising your child.

He actually took a chair and climbed up on our medicine cabinet. Besides, even if it was within reach, it's supposed to be CHILDPROOF!

You keep vitamins within reach of your 3 year old?
