I am very well known in my area,my uncle had a neighbor that he has never spoken to before ask about the story that the news ran. The news station told san diego county that i lost 31 million dollars. that why the dollar amount is so high. I was not a little fish in this story

Your case will likely depend on how well known you are. You may have to prove that the statements they made were false, and that can be difficult. As for entering your private property without permission, if that is the case, you should look into a trespassing suit or contact police for criminal charges. However, it is unlikely that your case is worth ten million.
