Dispute with: A (former) Friend
Amount: $1,001 to $10,000
Description: I sublet my apartment to someone and their room mate. We had a verbal agreement that they would take over all bills for the apartment and promised me that everything would be taken care of. In this time they were evicted twice which i had to pay one of the evictions which cost over 1500 dollars. we had a verbal and written agreement that they would pay me back. Weeks went by and I did not receive anything. When the lease ended and they moved out they had destroyed the apartment leaving over 500 worth of damage in which i also paid that they agreed to pay me back. It has no been over a year and I have given them a large amount of time and patience and options for them to pay me back and they now refuse too. I want to sue in small claims court. I have texts voicemail and witnesses to everything that has happened. Do I have a case??? I need help

Kim, i suggest not to give it to him beausce you are moving out anyway. I dont think he'd mind. By the way, if you are looking to save money on car insurance, i recommend the site below and check your monthly premium and also find out if you are paying to much or just about right. It will also give you comparables of rates from different insurance companies in the US
