Dispute with: A Business, Company, or Store
Amount: $1,001 to $10,000
Description: I anwsered this craiglist ad of a man who said he had worked for Adult Media Incoperated. We talked for a while and even sent some emiails back and forth on what i had to do and what i would get paid if i do a screen test, even if i fail i would still get paid $1800.00. Well what happened is i met the guy he taped me when i got naked and i had to anwser all these questions for the screen test. I had failed the screen test he said but then he wanted me to work as his assistant. I had him sign a contract that i was supposed to get the $1800.00 for signing a realease for. Well i dont think the company is real. I think he just lewwers woman in tapes them and then sends them on his way without payin them, and let alone not even really working for the company. Is there any way i can sue this guy for fraud and the money that i deserve to get? I kind of want to see this man in jail for the stuff that he is doing to woman now.
