Dispute with: A Family member
Amount: $10,001 to $100,000
Description:I loaned my sister's partner 60 thousand a few years back. She is frequently unable to pay. The first year she went 9 months without a payment. She still owes about 45 thousand. She is 4 months behind. I lost my job two months ago, and need the money myself. What would happen in a law suit? If she can't pay now, would I get the money in a suit, or just a request from a judge to make good an a payment she can't make?
