Description:Hi, I am living in address xxx under the zipcode given below. My electricity was disconnected on 29th Jan 2010 Friday for no reason. Apartment management informed me to call the electricity provider. Electricity provider told me to call Onkor management. Onkor said that they are going to come and see the issue by 6:30pm on the same day 29th. Did not come. So, called them again and found that Onkor is going to come at 9:00pm on the same day. Did not come. But when I called Onkor at 10:00pm, the customer service rep said that someone came to my apartment and found that the connection is no way problem from onkor side. I called my apartment service people as an emergency call by 11:00pm and asked them to come. They told few options to check for blue tag. In that darkness , we could not find anything and service rep said that he will come on Saturday 30th jan 2010 morning by 10:00am. Yes, he did and he reported us on next day 30th jan 2010 morning by 10:40am that Onkor has disconnected our electricity by a blue tag. We called Electricity provider and Onkor again and we were informed that the power will be restored by 1:00pm again. But it was not restored. When I called Onkor, they said that they will fix the issue by the time between 1:00pm -4:00pm. They fixed it by 4:00pm. The reason of disconnection given by Onkor company is "It was done by mistake" .
Temperature was freezing these 2 days, I moved to a motel for 2 days with my 10months old baby. I have to sue this company. Please help to know the procedures.
