Dispute with: A Government Organization
Amount: I just want Justice
Description: My son was allowed to walk out of his classroom and out of the school building without anyone stopping him. The principle called me and stated that she would call the police if they could not get him back into the school and that she would keep me posted. I called back and found out that he was back in the school building; the police arrived and took my son to juvenile. Can I sue the school for neglect for allowing him to just walk out of the school?

Probably not, due to sovereign immunity.

Why the hell did they take him to juvenile?
