Description: i ama a contractor and i am at the end of finishing a finished basement but the customer claims to not have any money to pay me my balance so i am forced to stop the project she was supposed to pay for the job to get done completely with some of her retirement money and she says she used the money for her personal needs now she is claiming because she has no job which she didn't have in the beggining is why she dosen't have any money either way to me it's a breach of contract please contact me at toribadd@yahoo.com
