Description: Good morning,
I have a few question in regards to possibly pursuing a civil suit. What would be the likelihood of winning a lawsuit against a tattoo artist/shop for tattoo cost (what I paid him) and cost of laser removal treatments for a bad tattoo cover up? Not only did the new tattoo not cover up the old tattoo, it was so poorly done that after consulting two other tattoo artists, both recommended that I get laser removal to at least fade it enough to be redone properly/covered up again. The original artist who did this tattoo is the shop owner. I have had one tattoo done by him before and it was a good tattoo. This second time was awful. He did not have me sign any kind of waiver for this recent tattoo. I informed him of the issues with my tattoo and thus far all he has offered to do was fix the tattoo himself, which there is no chance I would allow him the chance to mess me up again. I also informed him about the consultation with the other two tattoo artists and the upcoming consultation with the laser removal clinic for a price quote in Cleveland on Saturday and asked for a refund of my money. His response was to see the tattoo now that it has healed and that was it. All of our correspondences have been written via text message. I just want to know would this be worth pursuing (having a high chance of winning the suit) or should I just take the loss and consider it a very expensive lesson learned? Thank you for your time.

With Tyvon Branch out for week 15 vs KC, do you think Mike Mitchell will have similar stats as Branch? All the DB1s and most of the DB2s are roesertd. Dawan Landry is available. Is there a sleeper DB that you would start in week 15 over these two?Standard IDP scoringBrianCharlotte, NC http://unmxry.com aajlyeerov [link=http://pwetmeoskx.com]pwetmeoskx[/link]
